The brand new Stadium Pass will work like a gym membership, with an active pass, players can book courts to play as often as they like, with some restrictions during peak hours to allow for fair and equitable access. Players are allowed to book courts to play singles (2-3 players) or doubles (4+ players), and all players for the booking must have an active pass, otherwise a casual fee will be charged and paid in advance of the booking. The Stadium Pass costs, and casual fees are set out as per the fee schedule below.
Adult | Family | Junior (<18) | Casual | |
---|---|---|---|---|
Anytime | $30/month | $80/month | $24/month | $25/hour |
Off-Peak only | $25/month | $80/month | $24/month | $25/hour |
To purchase a Stadium Pass, you will first need a Hello Club account. If you haven't got one already, simply register online. As part of the registration process, you will be able to select Stadium Pass as a membership.
If you already have an Hello Club account, simply navigate to "Memberships" and click on "Purchase Memberships". You will see the Stadium Pass as an option.
Once you have purchased the Stadium Pass, an access keytag will be assigned to your account (FREE if you sign up before 31 March). This can be picked up from the stadium during office hours. If you need further help to make a booking, refer to the Court Hire page.
To make a court booking, choose either the Singles (for up to 3 players) or Doubles (4 or more players) mode. Then add all the players into the booking. The system will automatically calculate the applicable Casual fee if any player in the booking does not have an active Stadium Pass. When arriving at the stadium, all players must check-in at the kiosk in order to activate the booking.

To ensure fair access, particularly during peak hours, some restrictions will be put in place. During peak hours, players are only allowed to book one hour at a time with no concurrent and consecutive bookings. Regardless of the time of day, players can only book one court at any one time (i.e. no concurrent bookings). Players will be able to book courts 7 days in advance.
If Players A, B, C, and D have booked a court on Thursday from 17:00-18:00, they will not be able to book another court from 18:00-19:00. However, they can book another court from 19:00-20:00, or for as long as they like from 20:00 onward during off peak hours.
