DESCRIPTION:Do you want to get fit and in shape for the up-coming season? Challenge yourself with our pre-season training. We will highly be focusing on fitness\, footwork\, strength and conditioning. Catered for players 16 year old and above. \nHighly recommended for those wanting to play for Team WN in the 2026 season. \nCost: $15 per session or $100 for all 8 sessions \nTimes: Thursdays 6:30pm-8pm \nDates: Thursday 5th March - 23 April
