SUMMARY:September School Holiday Programme
DESCRIPTION:School Holiday Programme Fun. \nBadminton fun for children ages 6-17 years. \nMonday 22 September 2025 12.30pm-3.30pm \nTuesday 23 Sept 2025 12.30pm-3.30pm \nMonday 29 Sept 2025 12.30pm-3.30pm \nTuesday 30 Sept 2025 12.30pm-3.30pm \n$35 for one session\, $130 for all 4 sessions. \nChildren should bring a drink bottle and some food for snacks.  We ask that children wear clothes suitable for running around in. We provide racquets and shuttles for use on the courts. \nThis programme is targeted at young players\, it focuses on giving children an insight into badminton and also covers basic physical literacy. \nThis includes learning about Grips\, chasse movement and lunge\, backhand and forehand net shots\, Backhand and forehand lifts and high serves. Also the rules of the game and how to play with others. The children will be learning skills\, then have plenty of game time in order to practice these skills. \nWe stress the importance of confidence\, competence\, knowledge and understanding of the sport. We focus on having learning and also having fun!
