SUMMARY:Junior Summer Camp 2025
DESCRIPTION:Ideal for all Juniors (11 - 21 years old) who are wanting to play competitive badminton in the 2025 session. Coaches Winson and Sam will be taking full day training sessions - learning aspects include footwork\, fitness\, technique\, tactics\, strengthening & conditioning etc. \nPlease bring food (morning tea\, lunch\, drink bottle)\, badminton gear\, extra T-Shirts encouraged. \nPlayers should be either already playing representative Badminton or be in the Shuttle Time Gold programme.\nIf unsure - please check with Rhys \, Babette or Richard in advance. \nAll days are 9am - 3pm. \n**When:**\n- Monday 13 January\n- Wednesday 15 January\n- Friday 17 January\n- Wednesday 22 January\n- Friday 24 January \n**Cost:**$60.00 per day or $275.00 for all days

SUMMARY:Shuttle Time Holiday Programme
DESCRIPTION:Badminton and Pickleball fun for children ages 6-17 years. \n12:30pm-15:30pm \nTuesday 14 Jan\, Thursday 16 Jan\, Tuesday 21 Jan and Thursday 23 Jan 2024. \n$30 for one session\, $115 for all 4 sessions. \nChildren should bring a drink bottle and some food for snacks.  We ask that children wear clothes suitable for running around in. We provide racquets and shuttles for use on the courts. \nThis programme is targeted at young players\, it focuses on giving children an insight into badminton and also covers basic physical literacy. \nThis includes learning about Grips\, chasse movement and lunge\, backhand and forehand net shots\, Backhand and forehand lifts and high serves. Also the rules of the game and how to play with others. The children will be learning skills\, then have plenty of game time in order to practice these skills. \nWe stress the importance of confidence\, competence\, knowledge and understanding of the sport. We focus on having learning and also having fun!
