DESCRIPTION:Class now Full! \nBadminton fun for children ages 6-17 years. 12:30pm-15:30pm Monday 30 Sept\, Tuesday 1 Oct\, Wednesday 2 Oct 2024. \n$30 for one session\, $85 for all 3 sessions. \nChildren should bring a drink bottle and some food for snacks.  We ask that children wear clothes suitable for running around in. We provide racquets and shuttles for use on the courts. \nThis programme is targeted at young players\, it focuses on giving children an insight into badminton and also covers basic physical literacy. \nThis includes learning about Grips\, chasse movement and lunge\, backhand and forehand net shots\, Backhand and forehand lifts and high serves. Also\, the rules of the game and how to play with others. The children will be learning skills\, then have plenty of game time in order to practice these skills. \nWe stress the importance of confidence\, competence\, knowledge and understanding of the sport. We focus on having learning and also having fun! \n
